But the most important thing is being passionate and having a burning desire for what you do and believe in what you do. Without this it doesn’t matter how much you have of the above points.

So I’m home after a Great day at the Workshop for New Entrepreneurs, I’m exited and filled with Energy. The workshop is like a giant Mastermind group where everyone work towards success, it really is Fantastic!! :):) After the workshop I come home to my lovely girlfriend and that makes It even better.

There are many thoughts going trough a new entrepreneurs head, thoughts like “How will I get customers?“, “how will I be able to pay my bills?” and “Why would customers choose me over my contestants?“.

Too many entrepreneurs get caught up in How they will make it in their business and lots of them forget importance of Where They are Going, long-term goals 5-10-20 years from now. We are all born as entrepreneurs, but the system and our surroundings forms us with blinders, many just walk right through the system built for us.

The word entrepreneur is widely described, but to me an entrepreneur is a person that have managed to step aside from this system, a person that have realized that this road that “Was Made for Us” is not the only way to go, a person with a vision that makes a value out of their vision whether its Money or value of another kind.

Here are some qualities that I believe an entrepreneur should have, even if it’s on a small-scale:

1. Goal-Oriented
2. Persistent
3. Assiduous
4. Courage
5. Moving Spirit
6. Motivated
7. Open for new Ideas
8. Creative
9. Self-Confident
10. Social
11. Humble
12. Helping
13. Ability to ask for help
14. Honest
15. Self-Esteem
16. Having the knowledge of needs (sometimes create needs)
17. Structured
18. The will to develop
19. Filled with Energy
20. Like to have fun
21. Ability to Network

But the most important thing is being passionate and having a burning desire for what you do and believe in what you do. Without this it doesn’t matter how much you have of the above points.

I don’t believe that there is one single person that have all of this to 100%, but I do believe that you need to have a little bit of all these points.
