Ryan made me some concepts but still as the wood head I am I told him… that i want a darker page. So Ryan did a concept for me that was darker, and the minute i looked it i thought ‘I should have listened to Ryan from the beginning.
First of all i would like to thank Ryan “havocinspired” Taylor for creating this piece of art for me. I contacted Ryan sometimeĀ in late August, i accidentally tripped over his page when searching forĀ web-designers on google
At first, I was almost certain of what kind of page i wanted, and I wanted a dark homepage and portfolio. I was really inspired by Ryans hompage. I also had some specific demands, and some of them was that the page design cannot override my photography, i wanted a black page so that the pictures would “pop out” more. Ryan told me that there is very little space to work with the design when choosing a black or very dark background, and somewhere back in my head I heard this voice saying: ‘hey man, you should listen to this guy hes a professional’.
Ryan made me some concepts but still as the woodhead I am I told him… that I want a darker page. So Ryan did a concept for me that was darker, and the minute i looked it I thought ‘I should have listened to Ryan from the beginning, dark does not work’. So this was my third revision and according to the contract I have made my last one. And I also knew that my ideas with the darker concept did not let Ryans creativity out. So I was now in the decision of continue working with Ryan and get another revision, or letting it go.
Of course I continued my work with Ryan. And from now on i will listen to his suggestions cause I know it will pay of in the end. As you can see the homepage is not 100% complete, and I choose to publish it now because this is a huge project and if I do not publish it now it will never go online. Between this is only the beginning of this site, I have a whole bunch of ideas that I will introduce to you later on. So stay tuned !
What i wanted to say that you might think you have an idea for a concept, but only a great designer…like Ryan for example can truly say if it works in reality. I would recommend everyone that’s starting a serious business to contact him, specially if you don’t want a mainstream homepage.
So, big thanks to you mate. It might be a small step for photography but it’s a giant leap for my business. I’m certain that this page will take me to my life goals and dreams much faster.

On the photography part I am doing some restructuring. In late 2008 I decided to leave the Automotive business behind me. I love cars and love to shoot them, but that was not my future. After long time of consideration, with some inspiration from others the ship sailed more towards doing portrait and Fashion. Fashion is a hardcore business, specially if you want to earn money on it. So I worked hard to get access to a studio and made some smaller fashion shoots, but still felt like something was missing. My goal was to get into the ‘School Of Fashion Photography’ in Stockholm. I spent allot of research time on this and e-mailed lots of students that studied at SOFP and almost everyone of them told me that the education was unbelievably good. The education was ‘only’ 3 months long and the fee was huge, but I was willing to take that to have this sprint forward. So 1 week before the last day of application, I just felt… no this is not right, I do not want to do this. So i didn’t send the application in.
This was a bit of setback for me in my ‘career’. But i have learn that all things happen for a reason, and the reason is always for the better. I pulled my self together and got the mental activity going. So now I have spent the last 4 1/2 months on my new business idea. The niche i came up with is old, but the wholeness of the concept is one of a kind, and this page is one bit of that wholeness that will be the central point of my business. More about this idea later on… From now on lady’s and gentlemen I see nothing else but success.
Stay tuned… please subscribe at the bottom right of the page.
Cheers
